How we use AI<\/h2>\n

AI in Quest Forecast provides support where it truly adds value. Everything runs on our own servers in the Netherlands.
We do not share customer data with external models; all data remains fully under the control of the entrepreneur.
In addition, we train our own source models based on anonymised data to help entrepreneurs achieve operational goals, such as budgeting and liquidity planning. This allows you to gain faster and more accurate insights \u2014 without losing control of your data. <\/p>\n

1. Automated mapping of accounting records from RGS<\/strong>
When the administration is aligned with the RGS standard, we use an AI module that automatically sets the correct mapping structure based on this.
This means customers can immediately use Quest Forecast with their existing RGS-linked accounting. <\/p>\n

2. Automatic financial overviews and horizontal analyses<\/strong>
1.We directly generate these overviews and analyses (for example, year-on-year comparisons).
This provides a quick summary and allows you to see where you stand financially at a glance. <\/p>\n

3. AI-supported forecasts<\/strong>
These are forecasts used to identify risks and flag possible future bottlenecks based on current financial trends.<\/p>\n

4. AI insight into scenarios based on existing budgets<\/strong>
1.Based on the operational history of the company (including salaries and other expenditures), we can analyse scenarios. This gives the entrepreneur insight into the consequences of different decisions.<\/p>\n

5. AI signals for liquidity projections (from 2026)<\/strong>
Based on the full history of, for example, insurance, loans, and cash flow, we estimate where risks or potential improvements may lie \u2014 with the aim of supporting better financial decisions. Think of interest rate changes, balance sheet ratios (liquidity), stronger equity positions (solvency), stable cash flows (cash flow), and investments in a growing working capital (current assets and receivables). <\/p>\n
