Since the introduction of One Exact Identity (OEI), authentication for Exact Online integrations works differently. For API integrations (such as Quest Forecast), a unique Exact user must exist in the administration. <\/p>\n
If your organization uses OEI, the user authorizing the integration must have an alias email address linked to the OEI login, and this user must have access to the relevant Exact Online administration. If this is not configured correctly, the integration may fail to authorize. <\/p>\n
