Portfolio Insights forms the foundation of Quest Forecast. This module is free for accountants, entrepreneurs, and investors, and gives you direct insight into the financial health of all linked administrations.

You can see where risks lie, which trends are developing, and how companies are performing. With multiple administrations, you get both the overall picture and the individual results. This way, you always have a complete, up-to-date overview of your entire portfolio — at no cost.

Monitoring – active steering and collaboration

Want more than just insight? Then you can activate Monitoring for a specific company. This allows you to automate periodic reports, collaborate on budgets, and use short-term forecasts for operational steering. Monitoring follows the rhythm of the year: monthly, quarterly, or the current fiscal year. You activate exactly what you need, where you need it.

Forecast PRO – scenarios, planning, and future variants

When you want to think further ahead — for example for a financing request, restructuring plan, or strategic growth scenario — you can activate Forecast PRO. This module builds on Active Monitoring and makes it possible to calculate future scenarios and underpin strategic decisions.

A simple model applies to accountants and entrepreneurs:

• Monitoring costs €10 per administration per month.

• Forecast PRO costs €40 per administration per month, on top of Monitoring.

For investors, Quest Forecast works differently. You use one complete package that allows up to twenty companies to be fully monitored.
