Quest Forecast helps you decide where you are heading.
We are building the financial layer that accounting firms, business owners and investors can rely on. Today with monitoring and forecasting, tomorrow as solid ground under every financial decision, even when AI is reading along.
Where we stand now: route and navigation
Anyone driving from Paris to Dakar needs two things: a roadbook with all the stages, and a navigator who announces every bend along the way. Quest Forecast already does that today.
Forecast PRO is the route: a multi-year model for a financing, valuation or recovery plan. Monitoring is the navigation: month after month seeing where you stand relative to that route, and what you need to do now.
The firm sits next to the driver. Not as a controller after the fact, but as a navigator who sees the bend coming.
Numbers you can build on
AI can write a financial story in seconds. But a story is only worth something if the numbers underneath are right, traceable and come from the right source.
That is why Quest Forecast does not calculate with a language model. The numbers come from a fixed, verifiable calculation model: profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow that always balance, with visible assumptions you can adjust yourself.
AI helps with reading, explaining and sharing. It does not calculate and it does not make up numbers. That way the firm stays in control of what goes out.
When AI assistants start reading along
More and more work is done by AI assistants: at the firm, at the business owner and at the bank. Those assistants need something they cannot create themselves: reliable numbers, with a clear origin and the owner’s consent.
That is what we are building. A financial foundation that people and their digital assistants can consult. With the same rules as today: the business owner decides who sees what, and the numbers come from the model, not from a language model.
For the firm this means: your advice rests on the same solid ground, whoever or whatever is reading along.
The same numbers, each from their own role
Accounting firms, business owners and investors look at the same up-to-date numbers. Everyone sees what fits their role.
The firm navigates
Per client you see where the numbers deviate from the route, and what that means. That makes you the advisor who looks ahead.
The business owner stays in control
You decide who sees your numbers and when. Granting or revoking access is done in one place.
The capital provider looks along
Investors and financiers see the status and the outlook, with the assumptions, without extra requests.
No separate spreadsheets or exports that fall out of step, but one source everyone can build on.
What we are working on now
Official reporting from the same numbers
Together with our partner for SBR/XBRL, we are working on a direct line from general ledger to official SBR/XBRL reporting, based on RGS.
Sharing with those who matter
Share numbers and outlooks securely with financiers and investors, as a locked version with a date, so everyone knows what a decision was based on.
Explanation per reader
The same numbers, but an explanation that suits the reader: the firm, the business owner or the financier.
More integrations
In addition to the current packages, we are working on integrations with more accounting and ERP systems in the Netherlands and Europe.
